Welcome to R&J's Catering Project,
We will start by telling you a little of what we are about, and what we provide

We work within the like-minded communities and are a health-based catering project that is run on a low cost basis for quality produce keeping costs as low as possible in order for us to continue supporting healthy nutrition for people’s optimal health, our farmers and small local suppliers.

We started the project in order to make individuals aware of what has been done to our local farmers, food industry and small local suppliers, along with providing individuals with the optimal health we require, which needs to change as is insufficient  to the people and our optimal health and only of benefit to the likes of big pharma and other big organizations .

This is not in the best interests for the overall well-being  of our bodies which require natural nutrients and have been forced upon us without our consent unknowingly in places, and in order to line the pockets of the wealthy masses, we do this while putting everything back into the project in order for us to be able to expand it further, we do this at a low cost minimum donation basis so we are able to continue the project along with supporting other like-minded projects and local communities as much as we can.

We are a traveling catering project supporting other like-minded communities and private functions, I am a professional Chef with over 18 years’ experience in catering and ran 3 Kitchens throughout my career

We do the project for the benefit of like-minded communities, along with my son who will be shortly finishing his NVQ Level 2 In Hospitality & Catering and going on to his Level 3 and joining the project full time, although is fully trained prior amongst a few other members.

The project is based on home-cooked traditional healthy food with some twists to some of our dishes based on optimal health.

On top of this our barbecue / smokery outdoor cooking side is based on barbecued / fire-pit smoked meats and vegetables along with stone baked wood fired pizza, keeping old style wood fueled traditional outdoor cooking, unique woody flavor alive as much as we viably can,

All of our produce is purchased direct from our local farms and organic to support and keep farms, small local suppliers, communities going  and in best optimal health possible.

On top of this we also do not like the wastage of usable supermarket/local grocery stores and farms fresh produce surplus, so we will make some dishes with surplus ingredients and make wholesome traditional meals with added healthy twists so not to waste perfectly good produce, setting us apart from the competition with a unique flavorsome catering experience.

We have catered for a number of private community events within the peace and freedom movement from providing small snacks/food/buffets for events to providing full outdoor cooking at peace camps with a selection of our menus.
